Hi VaShaun, I have not tried to do an update for the Big Jambox. I found the website to be quite a challenge in general actually, no matter which platform or screen reader I've used. I managed to download the Jawbone updator and have installed that on my Mac, and eventually the website registers that my original Jambox is connected when I plug it in, but I haven't found any easy way to accomplish anything from there. Perhaps others will have different experiences and it has been quite some time since I tried updating any of the Jawbone devices we have.
