How does one manually close an app?

Hello.  If your device is jailbroken, then there is an activator 
extension that quits all applications.  If your device is not 
jailbroken, then you will have to manually close your apps.  
Also, IOS has a "force quit" feature, but I would not recommend 
using it regularly.
