I'm curious, what does step 1 do? Is it the case that if you're
currently in an app, pressing the home key twice will take you to the
App Switcher, but you won't be able to close the app you're in? In
playing around with my iPhone, that seems to be the case. I hadn't
noticed that before!

BTW, where did that weird subject come from?
