Thanks for all of your suggestions. This was a brand new phone and it’s a 128 GB iPhone 6. I restored it from a backup and all worked flawlessly, but for the Voicedream issue.
I followed the suggestions and closed all open apps through the app switcher. I manually rebooted the phone and now all seems to work fine with Voicedream. Thanks again.
