Hi, I've been attempting to get an app refund via iTunes. I'm on a PC, Windows 7, latest version of iTunes. I log into my account, click See All under Purchase History, but the subsequent dropdown lists aren't accessible with JAWS. All I can find is January 2011 on the dropdown lists, but I can't figure out how to make it change the values. Has anyone using a similar configuration on Windows found a workaround?
