Did you get an Emailed receipt from your in-app purchase? If so, there should be a link in there to report a problem and you can request a refund. If that doesn't work, call Apple Accessibility and explain the problems you are having with iTunes and JAWS. I've had very good experiences doing that and once, when also trying to get a refund, they took care of it for me since the process wasn't accessible. Richard
