The update is available for all iOS users and it of course contains more than
just 3D touch enhancements. However, you will not get 3D Touch with this or any
other update on any phone that is not a 6S or 6S Plus and of course future
phones will support 3D Touch.
3D Touch requires a different touch screen and only the new iPhones have the
hardware required.

You know, it would be nice if this were available for the 5S. It has it in
