The very bottom right key is the right arrow. You'll notice it is tall and skinny. To the left of that, if you feel carefully, you'll notice a key of the same height, but split into two keys, that is the up and down. To the left of that, is the left arrow key. I hope that helps. When trying to enter info to register for Lyft, I am getting all double letters and when I backspace both letters are being erased. I have reset the phone, turned off the keyboard, still getting double letters when I type. Also where are the arrow keys, not obvious to me at this point!
