it is not just with an M as in keyboardist with the Apple keyboard as well it's a glitch in the new iOS I came not this one with the one before it, the only way to get out of that, is to turn voiceover on and off and it will clear it up for a while but you may have to keep doing that several times as you use the keyboard unfortunately Apple has not fix this little happy little bug in iOS so yes you have to turn voiceover on and off to clear up the double others and fortunately
