Glad you are having some success adding things to your calendar.
I went from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6, and it was also a little different for 
me when typing in MBraille.  I do not think it was sensitivity for me, instead, 
I think it was the bigger screen.  On the bigger screen, the dots are not quite 
as close together, so that was something I had to get use too.
Going from a 4s to a 6s, you definitely have more screen to work with.  So 
hopefully with time and practice, you will get better and more comfortable just 
like you were with the 4s.
