Hi tracy, I believe this is a bug somewhere with the eye devices and audio. I have noticed this with Bluetooth and airplay, only on I devices, not on mac. it started with iOS 9 I believe. And I have reported it, but it is intermittent. And I can't say when or why it starts. But it is definitely there, and it is definitely annoying. I don't have a fourth GEN TV, but I do have airplay speakers that is, I have a stereo, actually two old ones, each of which has an airport express connected to it. I also have Bluetooth speakers. And in all cases, I can have this problem with my iPhone or my iPad Mini, but with my old very old, iPad first generation, the problem with airplay does not exist.
