What I'm sayin
Is Apple "appears" ToBe introducin Fragmentation because FromWhat I've Heard
TheForthComin Apple iPhone, the iPhoneSE, will likely come
EquippedWith the SameSpecs as the recently Released iPhone6S&iPhone6S+
I don't SEE any Reason WHY Apple couldn't include 3DTouch IN the
ForthComin iPhoneSE if it doesn't have it
I say Fragmentation because Gestures will vary dependin on YourMobileDevice
The iPhone5C when Released failed to come EquippedWith the SameSpecs
as its iPhone5S, which were Released at TheSameTime & failed to
include the Touch ID Feature, which was Exclusive to the iPhone5S at the time
So, ... Yes, Fragmentation existed earlier, but 1 could argue the
Specs didn't warrant it
And, as far as I know Apple is still releasin
MobilePhones-MobileDevices with 16GB notably the
iPhone6&iPhone6+&iPhone6S+&iPhone6S

I'm not sure what you mean by fragmentation in this context. If
you're saying having 3D touch on some phones and not others is
fragmentation then Apple has already introduced fragmentation.
iPhones come in different sizes, some with 64-bit and some with
32-bit processors, some have finger print scanners and others don't,
and so on. IMHO, if you're thinking this is analogous to
fragmentation on other platforms, such as the Android phones then
I'd say the two ecosystems aren't even close in this sense.
In Apple, when IOS is released, it's released for all devices at
once. The hardware is all from the same company. Except for hardware
features unique to a device, you get the same operating system and
interface across all devices.
On Android, you have multiple hand set makers and you have to wait
for your handset maker or cell phone provider to release a new
version of Android for your device. Different hand set manufacturers
or cell phone providers may change the look and feel of your
operating system quite a bit from the stock Android experience.
I'm not bashing Android. The Android ecosystem has a lot to offer
over Apple's ecosystem. I just don't think that Apple releasing a
phone without one particular hardware feature isn't creating the
same fragmented ecosystem that you have in Android.

If these Reports are True, Then Apple is introducing Fragmentation InTo
their iOSDevices

There have been reports of leaked photos of the display of this phone,
and it will not support 3D touch. If that report is accurate or not?
Who knows. But I would be surprised if it indeed had 3D touch.
