Hi, Simply Yoga has a free version and a cheap one, and its yoga workouts are described clearly. Pocket Yoga is fully accessible and not very expensive. You might need someone to describe a few things, but it's pretty good. It also includes a pose dictionary, so you can get detailed descriptions of poses you're not sure about.
