Hi: I have an iPhone 6s running 9.02 and VO. Siri refuses to open any apps I have installed. It says there isn’t an app called Facebook on my phone for example. I reset the phone by pressing and holding the home and power button. I cleared the ram. I powered on and off the phone. No luck. Anyone esle had that issue? Sarai D.
