Hi Raul and others, I tried out AudioBooks.com a while back and the one thing I didn't like was that I started listening to a book and when I was about half way through (a day or 2 after I started) the book was suddenly not available any more. I contacted their support and they apologized for the inconvenience and explained that the licence for them to have that book somehow expired or got pulled and that there was nothing they could do about this. In the end I bought the book on Audible because I did like it a lot and really wanted to finish it.
I guess for somebody like me who probably goes from anywhere from 2 to 4 books a week this would be a good deal if it was reliable since my Platinum Audible membership which gives me 2 books a months is $22.95. However, those books are mine and while I heard about books being pulled from Audible, they still work and are yours in your library once you purchased them. I also find that by taking advantage of all their $4.99 or $7.99 sales, their "Buy 3 books for 2 credits" or "Buy 3 extra credits for $34.49 etc. I average about $8 per book which I consider not a bad deal at all.
