That was a very good exlanation. I think you covered it all.

Subject: Re: Tweet list basic help

Hey Ioana.
This is what I came up with, so forgive me if it's not completely
accurate. It seems that the first two buttons, hashtag and username are
used to insert the associated mark into your tweet. As you may already
know, both the # and @ characters are used for different things in a
tweet. First, you use the hash sign to point out a word or phrase, and
if this hashtag gets repeated enough, you can actually get a trend
going. Not sure what this is used for, aside from trending topics, but,
there ya go. The second, the att sign is used before a user's name to
send tweets to them. This may only be for retweeting and replying, not
so sure. Anyways, I'd first assumed you could press the username button
and type the first letter of there username to have a list generated
from your followers to choose from, but that didn't work. Also, if you
wanted, you could also generate these marks straight from the on-screen
keyboard to. the third button, options, will pull up an area, giving you
access to your camera, for taking a picture I assume, your photo library
for pictures already on the phone, and an option to shorten a URL. You
will also see a now playing button, which I assume sends a tweet of your
current media playing in the music app. The usernames button should
bring up a list of followers which you should be able to click to have
their name placed in the edit box. Lastly, the geotag button, I think,
inserts information on your location, but I don't know for sure. To get
back out of this area, press the keyboard for the on-screen keyboard to
pop back up on the screen.
Hope this helps.
Take care.

Thanks for your offer to help.

For now I am curious about the buttons that appear when you try to compose a tweet: hashtags, users etc.

I am surprised it is so hard to find help for the app.

THanks again,

Ioana

Hello Ioana. I checked throughout tweetlist and also their page and couldn't locate any sort of help. I figured it'd be located in the settings area of the app, settings and help it's called but wasn't able to find anything describing what the settings actually do. Hopefully though, someone may be able to help out on describing the settings. What sorta of info are you searching for, and I'll do my best to answer what I know. I don't personally use a lot of the added on features of twitter, photos and such, but the rest I may can explain.

Take it easy.
