Hello Kathy, Have you attempted to login to the Audible website, directly, from a web browser? If so, were you allowed access?

I still can't log in. Once I have entered my email address, when I attempt to open the password field, I hear a sort of wup-wup noise. The keyboard disappears. I see "forgot password?" and "Need Help?" and I don't remember if there's anything else. Somehow, the rep had me get to a place where I could send a bug report that apparently gives them some specifics about my phone. I would like to get back to that home screen to try Sieghard's suggestion about logging out, but I don't remember how the rep got me to that if I couldn't log in.
