Not really. The worst voice is when it is reading back something I have written in an Email using mbraille and then dismiss the mbraille keyboard, but that is the way it has been since iOS 9, but not always.. The more muffled sound was the first day or so of the 9.3 update, then either my ears got used to it, or it cleared up. I have no idea. It sounds more normal now. Not to mention subtile sound differences are so completely subjective, who knows. Later,
