Where can we find the moments section on the screen, I have the latest
update and get no section beneath in the screen about moments.

I am so excited about this.
I am wondering though how you went about first getting the Twitter
developers attention to this problem, and then next convincing them to
fix this.
I really wish the Snapchat app would become more accessible because
Snapchat is becoming hugely popular and is now being used for
communication purposes.
Did the Twitter developers just pay attention to the review you
posted of their app in the ITunes app store?
Did you take any other steps to alert them or anything?
I am asking all of this because I want to try to do a similar thing
with Snapchat and get them to make Snapchat accessible.
I am so excited about moments though!!! I can finally now really clean
out my Twitter follow list and now I can follow top stories without
having to follow tons of people!!

native Twitter app now supports Twitter Moments via VoiceOver. To
begin enjoying this extremely exciting new feature of Twitter, on your
iOS device:
1.
Update to the latest version of Twitter.
2.
Select the Moments tab located on the bottom row of the display.
Be certain to explore the entire screen as the Moments area has a
slightly different layout than the rest of the Twitter app.
Also, I am happy to report that every aspect of Moments is accessible
via the app's soft-buttons and by specific VoiceOver gestures
including the 3-finger swipe left, to move through a specific thread,
and the single-finger hold, and swipe up gesture, in order to quickly
close a thread and be returned to the main app. Also, Moments video
playback works flawlessly. Just remember that in order to hear the
video, you must unmute the sound via a soft-button located near the
upper left corner of the display.
Give yourself plenty of time to explore this new quick and easy way to
stay up-to-date on what's happening around the world.
