There are also other things you can do to make sure you're question is
being seen by as many people as possible, such as using a good subject
line and not hijacking another thread. I'm not saying that is what
happened in this case, but sometimes you can use some best practices to
give your questions the best possible chance to be seen and answered.
I also wouldn't assume that you're intentionally being ignored. Ask what
might be happening or if others have even seen your questions before
jumping to the conclusion that everyone's out to get you.
