I don’t think people deliberately decide to ignore someone. One thing to keep in mind is to be specific in the subject of the email. I tend to just delete emails with subjects like A Question or Does Anybody Know. If your subject was specific then probably no one knew the answer. Try again with more detail. It’s not you; we’ve all had this experience.
