It would appear that they stopped providing audio description as of season 10.
I checked the first episode of season 9, and it had description, but season 10 
does not.
Neither did season 1.
I'd suggest you contact Netflix and see if they goofed, or if the show simply 
no longer provides audio description.

  I have not followed that show, but if you tell me which season and episode, I
