Maybe I'm dense, but I don't see why you couldn't do what you want. If you back up a library using the iCloud sink, then uninstall Voice Dream, then reinstall it on the same machine, and enable iCloud sink, all of your things are supposed to be there. That is how I understood Winston's response to me, when I was asking him about uninstalling after having uploaded things to iCloud. As it happens, I did not have to do that on installation, because the voices did come back to my phone which had previously been purchased but had not been there since my upgrade last fall. Mary
