Thank you for your reply. I am not finding that anymore. It says slide
down with three fingers for notification centre as usual. I slide down
three fingers, nothing happens. This is annoying.

Double tap on slide to set up. Every time it says slide, just
ignore that, and double tap. Unless it says actions available,
or something of the sort.

I hope everybody is doing well. I have a problem and I need
your help please. My iPhone 5S suggested to me to update to 9.3.
I tapped to update.. The screen was showing the apple with a
little line probably indecating the update. I left it for a
couple of minutes and came back. I found my screen locked. I
tried to unlock it, I found hellos in all kinds of languages and
something told me to slide to set-up or something like that. I
slid my finger, nothing happened. I am stuck there! What do I
do to see my apps again and choose what I want?
