Eva, Not sure what else I can do to help, Default Dialect is there at the very top, it's the very first button after the top row which contains the "Voiceover, Back" button at the very top left (where if you try to swipe left you just get the bonk noise that indicates it's as far as you can go), the "Speech" heading in the middle and the "Edit" button at the top right. If you swipe right one more time from edit you will be on Default Dialect.
