Hi Marie, As for battery life, you may want to try a Reset Network Settings, I find if anything battery life has become more efficient as iOS 9 progresses so it may have been an update issue which causes your battery performance to be worse. SIRI works fine for me most of the time, it can be strangely unpredictable at times, but I found it always has been like that. It’s almost as if Apple still randomly experiments and turns features on or off. As for the Swap button, it is there for me, not sure why you don’t have it. Once again, try a Reset Network Settings, it can sometimes fix all sorts of issues. You find it in Settings > General > Reset. Keep in mind you will have to reconnect to your WiFi after the phone reboots and if you have renamed your phone in Settings > General > About you’ll have to redo this since the reset process also resets the name back to “iPhone”.

Now Siri is unpredictable, battery life is decreased and now when I put the current call on hold to and then need to get back the “swap’ button is no longer there? How in the --- do you get back to the first call? I hate when they break something that was working so well before.I am using the IPhone 6. Right now I am kicking myself for upgrading when all was working fine up to that point.
