Hi, I also had issues with delivery times the 2 times I've used instacart, and I also had rating issues, here is the deal with that, if you try sliding your finger up and down then go back swiping to your left it will say things like good then go and slide again and it will either say bad or very good or excellent depending on which way you slide. It’s a pain but doable. I hope this update fixed the issues.
