Kelby and Christopher, what are you using for Drop Box on your phones? I
went to the App store and plugged in Drop Box. A bunch of things came up,
making it difficult to know what I might want.
I have no problem downloading and reading books transferred from
Drop Box in VDR. I can download songs from folders in Drop Box too and play
them through VDR. On the other hand, playlists won't play.
Basically what I need is something that has the same functions that
Drop Box on my desktop computer has. For example, if I copy a music playlist
into Drop Box on my desktop computer, I can hit on it and it will open
immediately and play. Of course this playlist also exists in my Music
Library but I might copy it into Drop Box to share with someone else.
Since I no longer can transfer playlists from ITunes onto my iphone,
I was attempting to do this via Drop Box. I believe it became harder for me
to figure this out when I updated my ITunes quite some time ago.
In the long run it really doesn't matter in terms of quality of
sound, cause I can plug the phone into the stereo and get sound quality that
is acceptable. On the other hand it's pretty sloppy to have music in Drop
Box rather than in Music on the phone.
