I think I had that same message- probably when Windows7 had to be reinstalled. Apple Accessibility was helpful in my case, and I think I did say OK to the prompt- but would be afraid to do so without someone with much more experience saying so. I’d try Apple Accessibility again- perhaps you’ll have better luck this time J
Cher From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Steve Sweeney Sent: Wednesday, May 11, 2016 3:31 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Itunes weird behavior Hi, I’m getting a message I’ve never seen with itunes. When I tell it to sync music or apps, it is telling me that the phone is synked with another library and it gives the name of that library which is the name of my computer before I had to erase and rebuild it with a new installation of Windows and itunes. The prompt wants me to erase my iphone and restore it using the library from the old hard drive since it says it can only be synked to one library at a time. No idea how a second library got created or where it came from. I don’t want to do this as those files no lonhger exist on the computer if the sync uses the computer I will loose everything on my phone. If the library it is talking about is actually on my phone then I guess it would be ok??? Apple support was no help. I’m not panicing here as everything is safely still on my iphone but I need to figure out how to get it in to itunes so I can put it on my new iphone. Any thoughts?
