That may depend on the carrier, Sprint is one of the new that are left who use CDMA technology. It sometimes also depends on which finish and storage plan you choose. I just went on the Apple Store app here in Canada and while it also shows as backordered for all finishes and both storage options, it says it is only 2 to 3 weeks for delivery time.
