Hello,
They send a link, and a number string. I always use the string, so not sure how 
the link works, but the link, you type into the box on the next page, click 
continue, and type in the new password. Although, this might not be how it is, 
haven't done it for ages, and, in fact, there may not even be a link, I'm not 
entirely sure...
