Like I just said, I guess I'm not always so bright. I can't understand the difference between the voice clockwork in the foreground versus the background or at least weather that has anything to do with notifications which I currently have turned off. If I turn notifications on my guess is that the clock will sound on the hour as I said it to do even if the application is not open. Is that a good Sumption?
