Hi All, OK, let me try and explain this, somehow. First of all, the reason I'm going through this, well, the most tedious thing ever is for one reason, no access to a PC, whether that be a Mac or a Windows. Now, here's what I'm after. So, I got iMessages on my iPad, back as of December, and iMessages (many the same) on my phone since January. Due to graduating from school, I'll have to give the iPad back, roughly within 3 weeks. Now, here's the issue. With no PC, there's not really a way to back up the messages, that aren't on the phone. True, its only about 4 weeks worth of messages, however, for reasons, I would like to keep the messages, from the iPad, that are not available on the phone. Does the apple ID retain them, or, am I out of luck, when and if I factory reset the iPad? Will the messages that are on it, will be gone for good, in other words? Or is there an APP that would save them to somewhere like dropBox? I guess my question is, in short, without a PC, any ways to rescue them? Thanks in advanced, and sorry for a lengthy message.
