Uh, no, it isn't. I have an updated iTunes lately for that very reason. That 
it's horrible, I mean. It was already bad enough when 12 first came out, and 
they changed how things were done from before. If you call back and try to talk 
to them again, and get the same response, I'd insist on speaking to a higher 
up. Did you call the excess ability number, or the main Apple number? I can't 
remember if you specified which one you called in your email.
