Wow, that’s crazy, but I reckon there’s one in every customer service center. 
(smile) I’ve never gotten anyone with a snippy attitude in their accessibility 
center.

    I called Apple Accessibility and a man named Kelly told me that it is up to 
the third party screen reader manufacturers to fix accessibility.
    I called them because I was trying to gift an app and that part of iTunes 
is now completely inaccessible. Kelly said it was a known problem and that the 
screen reader manufacturers had to fix it.
    I pointed out that it worked fine before Apple updated iTunes. But he 
insisted it is up to the other companies to fix it.
