Bank Of America's mobile website isn't too hard to use, but their app is
awesome! The main website is a nightmare.

Bank of America is good, as Richard pointed out. Their website is a little
frustrating, but the app is good. Ally Bank is another bank worth looking
at, an online bank that will follow you about without worrying about
traditional brick and mortar. Their best selling feature in my opinion is
free ATM access anywhere.

I am getting ready to move to Virginia for a new job. So I will have to
change all of my banks. Can anyone tell me if there is a bank in Virginia
who has an accessible app for online banking? I would like to be able to pay
