hi Ron,
I have a 6+ and have hey seri on but, it won't react unless plugged into
power. it must be a feature only avalable inthe 6S, 6s+ and the new C.
I'd love it if it would work off power. but, that won't happen untill
unless I upgrade unless I've not got something enabled I need to enable but,
I'd think hey seri would all I'd need if it worked on my phone at all off
power. It'll work on power.
Would there be another setting I need to enable besides hey seri to allow
it to work off power?

Depends on your phone. I believe the 6 and 6S as well as the new SE,
which I have, do not have to be plugged in.

This feature I beleave can only be activated when plugged into power. so,
it really won't drain battery.
