Hi,

I updated to MyVerizonMobile version 5.1.8 this morning. I just opened the app 
after reading your message, and was on the Home Screen which read Menu and 
successfully flicked through the Home page, which told me about my last 
payment, how many days were on my current plan, and other things. Nothing about 
Videos , but I didn't search much further than that.

Maybe turn your phone off then on again after removing the app from your 
switcher, or even after removing from your device..

Hello everyone,
I just updated the my verizon app this morning,  and, if I am not mistaking, it 
appears to now be unaccessible.  I usually update one device and then check out 
my updates, but, for some reason, I didn't do that this time.  Has anyone 
updated and been able to use the app?  I accepted all of the terms and 
conditions, and then there appears to be a series of videos which show you 
about the app.  I can't get past that.  If I could, maybe it would be o k.
