I have the widget for the verizon app added to my home screen to help me keep up with the data I have used. After updating I double tapped on the widget to open the app. I did not encounter any videos, and even though I noticed a couple of new things, it all seemed accessible to me. Looks like the videos is what is causing the problem. Once you get past them, everything will be fine.
