Hello List, I am using the latest version of Window-Eyes with iTunes. I believe it was Reggie that was having problems with it and Sandy. I am running Win 7-64 bits, Dell Inspiron 4110 laptop. I have opened iTunes and once it settled, I was able to navigate perfectly through it. I will use the F6 key to jump between the source list, the list of items, and the search fields. Once I have selected a source in iTunes, I can use the tab and shift-tab to navigate. I did not have the iPhone4 plugged to the computer, so I didn't check out the sections in my phone. However, I did go to the iStore, tabbed over to my account, entered on it, and was placed in an edit field for my password. All I did was to enter it and then press enter. It opened up my account dialog box and I was able to navigate and view all of my information. I am not sure why you are having this issue. As stated before with JAWS, The most stable version is 13. I am able to navigate iTunes with JAWS just as stated above with Window-Eyes. HTH.
