Eileen, this information was extremely helpful. For some reason it never occurred to me to use F6. There are things I still don't understand, but I am farther along than I was. Also, unplugging the phone helps a lot. This is a start. Thank you.

However, I did go to the iStore, tabbed over to my account, entered on it, and was placed in an edit field for my password. All I did was to enter it and then press enter. It opened up my account dialog box and I was able to navigate and view all of my information. I am not sure why you are having this issue. As stated before with JAWS, The most stable version is 13.
