Hi Reggie, You may want to call Apple accessibility about the ringtones, if you had made an iTunes backup they would have probably been restored, not sure if they are getting backed up to iCloud. For some reason ringtones are not treated the same as music you buy.
As for SIRI volume, the battery case could make it quieter although if it does it would also make Voiceover quieter. I would simply ask SIRI something to which she would give a longer answer and then when SIRI speaks press the volume up button repeatedly. SIRI volume is independent from Voiceover and phone volume and can be adjusted with the volume buttons. You could maybe ask SIRI to “Search Wikipedia for Abraham Lincoln” or something prominent. SIRI should reply “I found an article about Abraham Lincoln on, should I read it to you”, if you answer “Yes” it will read the article and as it is reading try the volume up button. Got a replacement phone 6s as my other phone was acting strangely and they at sprint couldn't fix it. The technician did a download of previous phone and upload to new phone. Everything apps is here, but two problems. 1. Siri is too quiet. I have volume in the rotor, but it seems to only run voice over. This was the problem, one of them, with phone I switched from. I can barely hear her. I have a battery case. Could that in some way be making it do this? Grasping at straws! 2. I bought 3 ringtones. Is there a place I can download them again without paying for them again? Would they be in iTunes I had already paid for them? Why didn't they come over with all the other things? Any help is deeply appreciated and thanks ahead of time. Rather desperate to have these things resolved. Just thought of something. If he downloaded from other phone, could it have downloaded the problems? Ug. Now about to tear up! Thanks for help. reggie & Lex -- The following information is important for all members of the V iPhone list.
