Try Westminster Chimes. The app can be configured to chime or say the time
every 15 minutes the full version runs in the background and can be set to only
chime between certain hours.
Set the notification to sounds only and you should be sorted.

Hello list,
I am very sory I keep asking this question, but I stil haven't found the app.
Please is there any talking clock app for Iphone with following functions
available?
1. To make a sound and say the time every 15 minutes.
2. To say the time in either British,American or any other natural voice (no
Voiceover).
I know there are apps like that for Windows computers, but I have not found any
for Iphones.
If anyone knows of any app, either free or paid, please let me know.
Thank you for your help in advance.
Have a great weekend.
With kind regards
Maria
