I have Team Stream and like it. Another is 123 Sports.

Thanks for the recommendations. I got the Sports Scores and Alerts app
and really like how it is laid out and easy to use. I cannot find
where to go to set individual alerts for my favorite teams, such as
when the game starts and final scores. I looked in the alerts and
teams tabs but cannot find where they might be. Ideas?

will have to open the app for.
One thing I like about it is that it allows you to customize what type of
alerts you get for each of your favorite teams.
For example, for each NFL team, you can have the following alerts:
Team News.
Game Started.
Game Complete.
End of Quarter.
Score Change.
Leed Change.
Close Game.
Red Zone.
Score Updates every 5 Minutes.
Of coarse, you do not have to have all of these types alerts turned on.
You
only turn on the types of alerts you want.

Greetings all. It seems like this topic comes up each fall. I'm
looking for an app to send me notifications of sports game scores,
like for my favorite football teams. I have been using Yahoo Sports
for the last year or two. It worked great for awhile and I got the
notifications. However, earlier today when I went to look when some
upcoming games were scheduled, there were several unlabeled buttons
and other items on the screen. I realize that we are in preseason for
the NFL, but I still would have thought that there would be a list of
this weekend's preseason games. My wants are easy: free and easy to
navigate; can send game/score notifications; and can let me set an
unlimited number of favorite teams. I don't mind if there is a cap on
the favorite teams, just so long as that cap is not 1 or 2 teams. I
would also want a way to see a list of coming games and past games
with scores, so even if a team is not in my favorites, I could still
find it.
