I use it some. It is best used with a Bluetooth keyboard or Bluetooth braille display. It’s main feature over the Notes app is that it resumes where you left off.
I think Voice Dream Writer does too, plus Voice Dream Writer allows you to do much better formatting and editing. But, Writer costs $9.99 while I believe AccessNote is now free.
