Hello Dan, Yes, while one can use a three-finger, swipe-down gesture to change display pages, it is sometimes necessary to first, touch the screen with one finger in order to activate focus.
So, when you're ready to scroll down, first, simply single-finger touch the screen immediately followed by the three-finger, swipe-down gesture.
