Hello, This seems like an isolated issue. I have tried to duplicate the issue on my iPad Air2, iPod Touch, and my iPhone 6S+. I can’t seem to replicate this issue. I am sorry that I could not help. Like you said in your last email send it to Apple Accessibility.
