Hi, Those free conferencing apps are both made by the same company and from the descriptions look like two versions of the same thing. FCC HD was last updated in November of 2015 and FCC Dialer was updated May of 2016, and includes the privacy policy link in the app store details.
I suspect the FCC HD provides some of the privacy info but it looks like you have to go find it to read it in its entirety. FCC Dialer does state that your personal information may be shared with countries whose privacy laws could be less restrictive than the one you live in. Since you are not including credit card information that may not bother you. I personally have no need for conference calling, but I’m always curious about different services in case clients ask about them. I have no opinion pro or con with this kind of service, I just encourage people to always read the details of the privacy statement. I believe this is a significant benefit because of conference muting, conference locking and the possibility of a dropped call - that could very well be the moderator line.
