This is a cautionary tale with a happy ending. On Thursday night I couldn’t get Siri and voiceover to work. The last time that happened I plugged it into my computer and voila. I tried it again but couldn’t do anything with the phone. Well I thought that since I couldn’t do anything else I may as well back up the phone. I called disability support. We had to do a restore to the phone. Well I restored to the backup I made the night before and was all up to date. The moral of the story is backup your phone.<smile>
