Hello Everyone, First, let me thank all of you who joined me in requesting that VoiceOver accessibility be restored to the CapitalOne Wallet app for iOS.
Second, The CapitalOne twitter team has been in contact with me ever since I contacted them. Third, today, they informed me that the developers are aware of the problem and that this problem will be addressed in a future release. In the meantime, they discovered a workaround gesture which allows VoiceOver users to easily switch between credit card accounts. To be honest, I explored using this gesture before raising the alarm, however, it would appear that the gesture, at present, only works when done while focus is first placed on any line item of the currently displayed credit card. Simply stated, in order to switch between multiple credit card, in the current version of the CapitalOne Wallet App, for iOS, use a three-finger swipe from left to right or right to left. Before attempting this gesture, however, first place focus on any line item; basically, any line item located in the bottom half of the display, not including the line containing the Tabs. The very excellent customer service I've received via Twitter is just another reason why Twitter has become my most absolute favorite way to deal with any company's customer service team.
